Location
Though set within the same 50-acre estate, The Apartment has its own private entrance, terrace and parking, giving complete independence. The Ceredigion coastline is just a 10–15 minute drive away, with Mwnt, Penbryn and Tresaith beaches all easily accessible. Cardigan town is 10 minutes; New Quay and its famous dolphins are 25 minutes.
Inside & Out
The apartment is powered entirely by PV solar panels and battery storage, with electric radiators and a log-burning stove for warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, integrated fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. A sofa bed is available in the living room for two children, making it suitable for a small family as well as couples. High-speed fibre broadband is included.
