Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings of self-catering accommodation at Glaneirw Estate, Tanygroes, Cardigan, Ceredigion, SA43 2HP ("the Estate", "we", "us"). By making a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms on behalf of all members of your party.

1. Making a booking

All bookings are made directly with us. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the conduct of every member of their party. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and the deposit has cleared.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
• The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
• Bookings made within 8 weeks of the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by you

More than 8 weeks before arrival: loss of deposit only. Between 4 and 8 weeks: 50% of the total cost. Less than 4 weeks: 100% of the total cost. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover.

4. Cancellation by us

We will only cancel your booking in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. If this happens we will offer alternative dates where possible or a full refund of all monies paid.

5. Arrival and departure

• Check-in is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
• Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

6. Maximum occupancy

Each property has a stated maximum number of guests, which must not be exceeded.

7. House rules

• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside any of the properties or outbuildings.
• Pets are only accepted by prior written agreement and only at properties where they are specifically allowed.
• Noise should be kept to a reasonable level, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

8. Damage and breakages

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for the cost of repairing or replacing items damaged during your stay.

9. Liability

We accept liability only for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

10. Complaints

If anything is not to your satisfaction during your stay, please tell us straight away.

11. Data protection

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
